You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We use passwordless email authentication — do not forward magic-link emails to anyone else. Notify us at hello@jamistry.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

You retain ownership of tabs and other content you upload. By uploading content and marking it as "Shared", you grant Jamistry a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content to other users of the Service. You represent that you have the right to grant this licence.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without notice.
The Jamistry name, logo, software, and machine-learning models are the property of Jamistry and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
Instrument samples included in the Service originate from the tonejs-instruments collection and are used under the Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 licence. Sources: University of Iowa Musical Instrument Samples, VSCO2 Community Edition, Karoryfer Samples, and Freesound contributors.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of transcriptions, or fitness for any particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jamistry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified by email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
